Contract Scam

If you run a business, read the cancellation clause when you sign a contract. Even so called legitimate co's put in a clause saying somthing like "cancellation must be received in writing 90 days before anniversary date" and you can get stuck with a contract you don't want/need for another year if you miss the deadline. Unbelievably, it's legal.
